The fine print, in plain English

What we are, and what we aren't

We are

  • A documentation service. We collect your wildfire-mitigation evidence, verify what it proves against published state rules and carrier programs, assemble it into a cited packet, and, when you authorize it, deliver that packet and track the response.
  • A recordkeeper. Your evidence, packet versions, submissions, and carrier correspondence live in one auditable file that belongs to you.

We are not

  • An insurance company, agent, or broker. We don't sell, place, or renew coverage, and we can't bind your carrier to anything.
  • A public adjuster or claims representative. We don't negotiate claims or settlements.
  • A law firm or advisor. Nothing on this site, including our state guides, is insurance, legal, or financial advice. It's documentation of published rules, with sources, so you can verify everything yourself.

Who decides what

Your carrier decides discounts, renewals, risk scores, and appeals under applicable state law and its own programs. Published discount figures we quote are published by their sources and depend on your property, policy, carrier, and state. Our job is to make sure that when those decisions get made, the decision-maker is looking at a complete, verifiable record of your work.

Questions about your coverage belong with your carrier, a licensed agent or broker, or your state insurance regulator.
