What you're buying

The readiness scan is free. The Evidence Packet is a one-time purchase that delivers your complete, cited documentation as a PDF. Packet + Submission adds delivery to your carrier or broker and deadline tracking through their response. The Annual Update is an optional yearly renewal of your record. Prices are shown at checkout and stay fixed after you pay.

What we deliver, and what we promise

We deliver documentation: accurate classification of your evidence, mapping against published rules current as of generation, a validated packet, and, where purchased, tracked submission. Carrier outcomes are outside anyone's power to promise. Discounts, renewals, appeals, and risk-score changes are your carrier's decisions. See what we are (and aren't).

What you authorize and warrant

• You own or control the property, and your uploads are genuine: your photos, your invoices, your reports. Fabricated evidence gets your account closed, and it would sink your file anyway.
• Submission happens only after your explicit written authorization, which we store with a timestamp.

Refunds

If a purchased packet fails to generate, you get your money back automatically. If you're unhappy with a generated packet, write tosupport@firesafeproof.com within 30 days and a human makes it right or refunds it. Submission fees are refundable any time before we transmit to your carrier.

Your record

Your evidence and packets are yours: export them anytime. Submitted packets are immutable by design, because that permanence is what makes the record credible. We retain submission audit records as described in our privacy policy.

The usual

California law governs these terms. We may update them; material changes are announced to your account email before they take effect. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
