Your evidence works for you. Nobody else.

What we collect

• Account basics: your email, and a password if you set one.
• Property and policy details you provide: address, carrier, policy number, renewal dates.
• The evidence you upload: photos, invoices, inspection reports, certifications, policy notices, and carrier correspondence.
• Payment records, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

What we do with it

• Classify and map your evidence, build your packet, and, with your explicit written authorization, submit it to your carrier or broker and handle the correspondence.
• Keep an audit trail: submitted packets, confirmations, and carrier responses are retained so your record can stand up later.

What we never do

• Sell your data or your evidence. To anyone. Ever.
• Share your file with any insurer, broker, or third party without your authorization on record.
• Use your photos or documents to train models for anyone else's benefit.

Your controls

Export your evidence and packets from your account page at any time. Request deletion and we remove your data, keeping only what submission audit requirements legally oblige us to retain, and we tell you exactly what that is. Privacy questions: privacy@firesafeproof.com.
